Pteromys Likes Catfish

Seriously, catfish has got to be one of the best-tasting foods evarrrr. Not to say that I don't like watermelon. I do. But catfish is so much harder to find around here.

Those of you back in the Midwest probably don't think there's anything particularly great about catfish. Same here, until I had to go without it for a year. Between July 2003 and sometime this autumn, I had catfish on perhaps four occasions. Three were during a long visit to the Midwest, and one was at some restaurant that's really far from where I live. Fortunately, now I've found that one Star Market near here (in Newton or somewhere) sells catfish fillets. Along with orangina (best orange soda evarrrr, and hard to find anywhere except in French-speaking countries), feta cheese, and smoked gouda cheese (though I can find the cheeses easily in other places). So now I visit that store often.
